Google docs

Considering we may have contributions from a wide variety of sources, it might be better to use e mail or the blog as everyone is familiar with it. The problem with e mail is it will require a central person to maintain all the incoming documents in one area - which could then be perhaps, google docs. Ie we are going to need a librarian of some sort.
